How can I contact support?

On this page we have described a variety of ways to contact us! 😉

To contact us through the game on an iOS or Android device, please do the following:
1. Go to the Help and Support section in Settings.
2. Choose any article from any topic.
3. If you didn’t find the information you needed, tap „No“ to answer the question, „Was this helpful?“ at the bottom of the screen, then tap „Contact Us“ to start a conversation.
4. Provide as much information about the issue as possible, tap ▶️ and pick the appropriate type of problem.
📩 If you have previously opened dialogs, then click on New conversation inside the dialog.

To contact us through the game on a macOS device, please do the following:
1. Open the in-game Settings menu and click „Help and Support“.
2. Wait for the chat icon to appear in the bottom right corner of the screen and click on it.
3. Provide as much information about the issue as possible in the message and click ▶️.
4. Provide your name and email address and then pick the appropriate type of problem.

To contact us through the game on Facebook, please do the following:
1. Open the game on Facebook in one of the recommended browsers (Google Chrome or Firefox).
2. Click on the „Support team“ button above the game window.
3. Fill out the form and click „Submit“.

Fill in the email correctly! A reply will be sent to that email, and further correspondence will be continued there.

To contact us through the game on a Windows device, please do the following:
1. Go to the Help and Support section in Settings.
2. Fill out the form and click „Submit“.

1. Open our Web Support page.
2. Wait for the chat icon to appear in the bottom right corner of the screen and tap/click on it.
